Long Term Contract
Hales Group are recruiting on behalf of a well established client in the Thetford area. This is a key logistics position responsible for managing incoming stock. Duties include processing deliveries, inspecting goods, verifying paperwork, and updating inventory systems to support smooth supply chain operations.
Essential Requirements:
* Forklift licence
* Basic computer skills
* Good level of fitness (role involves manual handling)
* Strong attention to detail
Core Responsibilities:
* Unloading, checking, and logging incoming deliveries
* Verifying shipments against purchase orders and delivery notes
* Inspecting goods for any damage or discrepancies
* Updating stock levels using SAP and Excel systems
* Organising goods into storage or designated areas
* Managing delivery paperwork and reporting discrepancies
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
