SC Cleared ServiceNow Architect
Location: Remote
Contract: Three Months
Pay Rate: £700 - £750 Per Day (Inside IR35)
The Role
I am working with a longstanding client who are one of the world's largest IT Solution Companies with some of the biggest clients in both the public and private sector right across the UK. As part of an ongoing programme they are now looking for a ServiceNow Architect (who has specialised in the ITOM area of ServiceNow) to join their team on a three month contract.
In this role you will
Develop infrastructure maps for the remaining Application Services using appropriate tools and methodology in Cloud, Crown, Legacy (on-premise) or hybrid hosted services.
Deploy and run appropriate discovery tooling on the MDTP/HCP/on-premise/Azure environment infrastructure, in collaboration with the platform owner/management team (Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS)) to identify and populate the CMDB.
Develop infrastructure maps for the remaining Application Services using appropriate tools and methodology in Cloud, Crown, Legacy (on-premise) or hybrid hosted services.
Work closely with a variety of stakeholders (both external and internal) to ensure service maps, application service models and crucial communications are being shared.
Undertake re-alignment of Technical Services and Technical Service Offering in ServiceNow.
Undertake a build of Business Services and Business Service Offerings in ServiceNow
Provide updates and input to the project management teams and the project status reports to demonstrate progress and identify any risks, issues or dependencies that may impact delivery and outcomes.
