Are you a Site Manager or Supervisor with strong PWay experience across major rail infrastructure projects?
 
Do you have experience planning and leading track works on site?
 
Rate: £350-£400/day DOE, Inside IR35
Duration: Long-term contract - expected through to mid-2029
Location: Milton Keynes
 
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Track Site Manager / Supervisor to join a major rail infrastructure programme delivering significant track and rail systems works.
 
Strong PWay / track experience is essential for this position. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating and leading works on site, alongside managing the associated site logistics and resources.
 
Requirements:
·Strong previous experience delivering Track / PWay works
·Previous experience as a Site Manager, Track Supervisor, Construction Manager or similar
·Experience planning and undertaking track works
·Experience leading site teams and coordinating the workforce
·Strong understanding of SSOW requirements
·Experience managing site paperwork and documentation
·Experience coordinating tools, plant, machinery and welfare
·Strong site logistics and planning experience
·Good understanding of rail safety and construction procedures
·Ability to lead works and manage day-to-day site activities
·PTS
·Relevant construction / engineering qualification desirable
 
Construction Managers or Supervisors will also be considered where they have the right track experience and are willing to undertake the day-to-day Site Manager duties.
 
Projects are expected to run through to mid-2029, providing approximately three years of long-term contract work.
