About this contract

Are you a Site Engineer with experience delivering PWay works across Network Rail infrastructure?
Do you have experience delivering S&C works?
Rate: £300-£400/day DOE, Inside IR35
Duration: Long-term contract - expected through to mid-2029
Location: Milton Keynes
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Track / PWay Engineer to join a major rail infrastructure programme delivering significant track and rail systems works.
This is a hands-on, construction-focused engineering position for someone who is comfortable working in a safety-critical rail environment and can take responsibility for both engineering activities and safety-critical technical paperwork.
Requirements:
·Strong previous experience as a Track / P-Way Engineer
·Strong knowledge of track construction and engineering
·Experience producing safety-critical technical paperwork
·Competence with 2D and 3D surveying equipment
·Strong setting-out experience
·Experience with machine control
·Track stressing experience
·A good understanding of rail safety and construction procedures
·HNC / HND / BEng in Civil Engineering or equivalent
·PTS
This would suit an experienced Track Engineer who is confident both on site and with the associated engineering paperwork.
