IT Change Manager, Remote

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Regional Change Lead to support business stakeholders across multiple levels and help facilitate change during deployment. Working closely with the global change team, you will adapt global change initiatives for the regional/market context and drive adoption, readiness, and business engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Create and maintain the regional/market change management plan aligned to the global approach and framework.

*

Leverage change impacts, best practices, and tools to localise and personalise change activities for the region/market.

*

Apply the global stakeholder and communication plan to build a market-level plan.

*

Identify target audiences and determine communication needs by market.

*

Deliver compelling messaging and cascade global communications to local markets.

*

Support the identification and onboarding of regional/market Change Champions.

*

Coach Change Champions to drive adoption and readiness.

*

Support the scoping, organisation, and delivery of enablement and training activities in line with the wider change plan.

*

Localise global enablement and training materials as required.

*

Identify market end-users for relevant enablement and training, and support

Required Skills and Experience

*

Strong change leadership experience covering stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment, communications, process enablement, training, and business readiness

*

Excellent written English communication skills
