The Contracting Awards 2023 launches to recognise vital contractor service providers
ContractorUK is excited to support The Contracting Awards 2023 as their official partner along with SFP, in its fourth year spotlighting exceptional contractor service providers. New for 2023, and due to reaching maximum capacity and selling out at the previous venue, the awards ceremony will this year be held at the Nine Kings Suite at the Royal Lancaster London. The glitzy, black-tie event will be held on 22nd June 2023 and is set to be an extremely exciting and meaningful night.
The awards will celebrate the providers who go the extra mile for contractors and excel in 22 specific categories of service, including the Best Contractor Accountancy, Best Umbrella Company, Best Contractor Recruitment Agency, Best Banking Provider and more.
There are 6 new categories for the 2023 awards including Best MVL Provider, Best Contractor Recruiter, Best Contractor Industry Influencer and Best Contractor RPO.
The awards will be judged by a panel of industry experts, including Seb Maley of Qdos Contractor, employment status expert Rebecca Seeley Harris and a selection of other industry specific experts specialising in various fields such as recruitment and tax.
Anthony Sherick, Director of ContractorUK and head judge in the Contracting Awards 2023 had this to say: “There are so many service providers who are working tirelessly to support contractors through their current situations, from accountants and recruiters to insurers and mortgage advisers. We are proud to recognise and celebrate the excellent work that these companies and individuals are doing for contractors by producing the 2023 awards event”.
The awards night will begin with an exclusive drinks reception, followed by a sumptuous three-course dinner and entertainment in Nine Kings Suite, with the winners to be announced later in the evening. The host for the Contracting Awards 2023 is yet to be announced, however previous hosts of the event include comedians Josh Widdicombe and Russell Kane.
Also new for 2023 is the entry website. Entrants are required to register on the entry website (free of charge) to submit their entries as opposed to filling a form out on the Contracting Awards website. This enables entrants to submit all of their entry information and supporting documents all in one place, save their entry as a draft and come back to it at a later date, review their entries at any time, and make any edits to their submitted entries before the deadline date.
The deadline for entries will be on February 10th 2023, so there is plenty of time to enter and be part of this glamorous and entertaining night, celebrating the best of the best in the contracting industry.
