Job Title: IT Help Desk
Location: 100% Onsite at The Annex, County Hall, EX2 4QD

Trust: Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS FT

Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Pay Rate: £14.05/hr + pro rata 25 days per year paid holiday (worth £1.98/hr) + NHSP pays for your Employer's NI (worth ~ £2.98/hr) = £19.01/hr

Expected hours: 37.5 hours per week

Contract Duration: 6 months (possibility of extension)

Job Summary:

This role is ideally for someone with IT Support or Customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Providing system administration and support for users of clinical and administrative hospital applications.

* The role will involve answering phone calls, replying to emails and offering support with basic IT issues.

Key requirements:

* Strong customer service experience

* Previous administration experience

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)

* Good telephone manner
