Work closely with Accounting & Finance colleagues to keep payroll information aligned.
Maintain organised payroll documentation to support efficient processing.
Identify and address payroll issues promptly to minimise disruption for employees.

A successful 'Interim Payroll Manager' should have:
Experience managing end-to-end payroll activity.
ITrent experience would be an advantage.
Strong knowledge of payroll processes and accurate data handling.
The ability to review payroll information and resolve issues efficiently.
Experience working with payroll deadlines and changing priorities.
Confidence working with Accounting & Finance teams and payroll records.
