PLUMBER/ PIPE FiTTER REQUIRED- Temp- Perm

Pay: DOE

Location: Green Park, West End, London

Start: December

Duration: Approximately 3 months for first project then ongoing work

Hours: 7:30am–4:30pm

Weekend work: Paid at time and a half

Shero Talent is looking for an experienced Level 3 qualified Plumber / Pipefitter for a commercial office project in Green Park. You must be confident carrying out both plumbing and pipefitting, working independently and preparing material lists.

Duties include:

Mechanical installations involving fan coil units, heating and chilled water systems.

First and second fix plumbing, including toilet blocks and sinks.

Installing soldered copper, press copper and screwed barrel pipework.

Reading the work requirements and identifying materials needed to complete installations.

Requirements:

Level 3 qualification in plumbing/pipefitting.

Proven experience in both trades on commercial projects.

Ability to work independently and produce accurate material lists.

Valid public liability insurance, with cover of £2 million–£5 million.

DBS preferred, but not essential.

Commercial Gas Safe qualifications desirable, but not essential.
