We are currently recruiting experienced Domestic Plumbers for ongoing work within tenanted social housing properties across South Birmingham.
Working with a social housing company that partners with Tier 1 contractors, you will carry out kitchen sink replacements, bathroom swaps and associated plumbing works.
We are looking for reliable and professional plumbers who can deliver quality workmanship, work efficiently in occupied homes and establish a long-term working relationship.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out kitchen sink replacements and associated plumbing works.
Complete bathroom swaps and bathroom plumbing installations.
Remove and replace existing plumbing fixtures and fittings as required.
Identify and resolve plumbing issues efficiently.
Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
Keep work areas clean and tidy, respecting tenants and their properties.
Communicate professionally with tenants and site teams.
Requirements
Previous experience as a domestic Plumber.
Competent in kitchen sink replacements and bathroom swaps.
Experience working in social housing or tenanted properties is desirable.
Own transport is essential for travelling between properties.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Reliable, professional and able to work independently.
