Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:00

Key Responsibilities
Providing administrative support to the production and planning teams.

Reading and interpreting technical drawings to support production requirements.

Maintaining accurate production records, documentation and job files.

Assisting with production planning, scheduling and monitoring job progress.

Liaising with production operatives, engineers and other departments to ensure information is communicated effectively.

Checking job specifications, drawings and associated paperwork for accuracy.

Updating internal systems and spreadsheets with production information.

Ensuring relevant documentation is available to support manufacturing operations.

Identifying and reporting discrepancies in drawings, specifications or production paperwork.

Skills and Experience Required
Previous experience in a manufacturing, engineering or production environment.

Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings is essential.

Strong administrative and organisational skills.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and internal computer systems.

Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different departments.
