Trainee PCB Tester

Location: Wareham

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Contract: Temporary with the opportunity to go permanent

Looking to get into the electronics industry? We are recruiting for a Trainee PCB Tester to join a busy manufacturing environment, with full training provided and the opportunity to secure a permanent position.
The Role:

Operating automated testing machinery to test printed circuit boards (PCBs).
Running machine-based test cycles to check board functionality.
Monitoring results and identifying faults flagged by the testing equipment.
Following set procedures to maintain quality standards.
Supporting the wider production team when required.What We're Looking For:

A keen interest in electronics or manufacturing.
Good attention to detail and a methodical approach.
Comfortable learning to operate machinery and follow technical instructions.
Reliable, with a positive attitude towards work.
Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience is beneficial but not essential.What's on Offer?
