About the Role
Working as an SEN Learning Support Assistant, you could be:
Providing tailored classroom support to students with additional learning needs.
Working one-to-one with pupils requiring individual assistance.
Supporting children with autism, ADHD, SEMH needs and other learning difficulties.
Helping students engage with lessons and classroom activities.
Encouraging positive behaviour, social interaction and emotional development.
Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs and wider school teams.
Helping to create a positive and inclusive school environment.
