About this job

Our client is a well established main contractor.

We are assisting them in their search for a Site Manager for a high-end commercial Cat B office fit-out, located in Liverpool Street. The value of the project is £5m.

The duration of work is for 6 months and there will be the potential for future work beyond this.

You will be reporting into the project manager and you will be responsible for running the floors. You must ensure health and safety compliance, as well as coordinating subcontractors and trades and maintaining programme and quality standards.

To be considered for this role, you must hold a valid CSCS card, SMSTS, and a First Aid qualification, whilst also having previous experience delivering commercial fit-out projects for a main contractor, with a similar job value.
