Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Shift Options: 8:00am–4:00pm, 8:30am–4:30pm or 9:00am–5:00pm
Duration: Temp till Christmas

We are currently recruiting for an Invoicing Administrator to work out one of our clients based in Stafford.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual looking to develop their administration skills within a busy and professional team.

Key Responsibilities of this Administrator role:

Processing high volumes of sales invoices accurately and efficiently.

Handling customer enquiries and resolving invoice queries.

Preparing and distributing customer invoices and statements.

Checking delivery notes and paperwork against orders.

Maintaining customer records and monitoring account information.

Providing general administrative and business support to colleagues.

The Ideal Candidate for this Administrator role:

Previous administration experience is preferred.

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Excellent communication skills.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.

The ability to prioritise workload and work in a fast-paced environment.

A positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems.
