Ad Hoc Temporary Administrator / Receptionist – St Neots

We are looking for a reliable, flexible and organised Administrator / Receptionist to provide ad hoc temporary cover for our client based in St Neots.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking for flexible, occasional work, with shifts offered at short notice on days when our client requires additional support.

The role includes:

Answering telephone calls and welcoming visitors
Providing general administrative and reception support
Handling emails and general office enquiries
Carrying out data entry, filing and other office duties
Helping to ensure the smooth running of the office
We are looking for someone who:

Has excellent communication and organisational skills
Is friendly, professional and confident
Has good IT skills and attention to detail
Is reliable, flexible and able to respond to short-notice requests
Can start immediately
Has their own transport, as the location makes public transport unsuitable
Location: St Neots
Pay: £13 per hour
Hours: Ad hoc, occasional days as required by the client
Start date: Immediate
