We are currently recruiting for a Customer Care Coordinator to join a busy and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service and administration skills who enjoys resolving issues and delivering a first-class customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Managing customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Coordinating remedial works and ensuring completion within agreed timescales
Liaising with site managers, subcontractors and suppliers to schedule repairs and maintenance
Ensuring labour and materials are available before works commence
Contacting customers after completion to ensure satisfaction and maintain excellent service standards
Producing and maintaining accurate customer care records and documentation
Monitoring subcontractor performance and escalating concerns where necessary
Supporting customer meetings with management teams when required
Maintaining organised filing and administration systems
Identifying recurring issues and helping implement long-term solutions
Ensuring effective communication between customers, contractors and internal teams
About You
Previous experience in customer service, customer care or administration
Excellent communication and organisation skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approachApply below with your CV!
