What's involved?
As an Assembler in Ferndown, you'll carry out a variety of practical assembly tasks, including:
Soldering & electrical wiring
Mechanical assembly & building circuits
Preparing & assembling cables
Using hand & power tools
Completing small, detailed assembly work
Reading & following technical drawings & diagrams
Ensuring all work is completed accurately & to a high standard
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who enjoys practical work & takes pride in getting the details right. Ideally, you'll have:
Experience in assembly, electrical wiring, soldering or a similar hands-on role
Confidence using hand & power tools
The ability to follow technical drawings & diagrams
Good attention to detail & a methodical approach to work
A reliable attitude & the ability to work as part of a busy team
