Tradewind are currently seeking an enthusiastic and talented Maths Teacher to join a highly regarded school near Birmingham from November 2026 on a maternity cover basis.

The Role

Deliver engaging, high-quality Maths lessons that inspire and challenge students.
Plan and prepare lessons that meet the needs of learners of varying abilities.
Monitor student progress and support pupils in achieving their full potential.
Contribute positively to the Maths department and wider school community.
Maintain high standards of behaviour and create a positive learning environment.

The Ideal Candidate

Holds QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
Has strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for Mathematics.
Is committed to raising achievement and inspiring a love of learning.
Demonstrates excellent classroom management and communication skills.
