· Explicit Utility Industry experience.

· 5+ years of Business Analysis experience within Digital or Technology projects.

· Strong experience in Agile delivery environments.

· Expertise in requirements gathering and stakeholder management.

· Experience working on digital platforms, web applications, mobile applications, or customer-facing solutions.

· Ability to translate business requirements into actionable deliverables.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
