Assembly Operative

My client is currently looking for an Assembly Operator to join their production line on a temporary ongoing basis.

The successful candidate will support day-to-day production operations, assembling components and products in line with work instructions, production targets and quality standards.

Previous experience within a production, manufacturing, assembly or warehouse environment would be advantageous.

Package -

£13.32 per hour (pay rate rises in stages)

Monday to Thursday
08:00 until 15:00

Friday
08:00 until 13:00

25 days holiday increasing year on year

Requirements -

* Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, assembly or warehouse environment
* Assembling components and products in line with work instructions
* Operating basic production machinery and assembly equipment where required
* Carrying out visual quality inspections
* Working to production targets and deadlines
* Good attention to detail
* Following instructions and established procedures
* Identifying and reporting defective components or product faults
* Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Completing basic production paperwork and quality records where required
