HR Assistant
£15–£16 per hour PAYE
3-month temporary contract

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Assistant / HR Administrator to us at our North-East Birmingahm site.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role supporting the HR Business Partner and wider HR team with day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, leavers, absence management, employee relations administration, HR reporting and maintaining accurate employee records.
What we're looking for:
Previous HR administration or HR Assistant experience (essential)
Strong Excel skills and experience using HR systems
Excellent organisation, accuracy and attention to detail
Confident communication and ability to manage multiple priorities
A proactive, flexible approach with the ability to hit the ground running
CIPD Level 3 or working towards it (desirable)
