The role will involve:
Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
Working with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning.
Helping teachers prepare resources and deliver engaging activities.
Adapting support for pupils with different learning needs, including SEND.
Encouraging positive behaviour and maintaining a supportive classroom environment.
The successful Teaching Assistant will have:
A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or experience supporting children in an educational setting.
A patient, caring approach and strong communication skills.
The confidence to adapt to different schools and classroom routines.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting children’s well-being.
An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service.
