We are looking for caring, compassionate and reliable Care Assistants and Support Workers to join our team and provide high-quality care and support to individuals across Cambridge and the surrounding areas.

Your role may include:

* Providing personal care and support with daily routines

* Assisting with washing, dressing and personal hygiene

* Supporting with meals, medication and mobility, where required

* Offering companionship and emotional support

* Helping with household tasks and maintaining a safe environment

* Supporting individuals to attend appointments and social activities

* Promoting independence, dignity and choice at all times

* Building positive relationships with the people you support, their families and other professionals

* Reporting any changes in a person's wellbeing or care needs
