About this job

Pertemps are recruiting for an Administrator to work with our public sector client. 

Role – Administrator
Location – Edinburgh City Centre 
Working arrangement – Hybrid working, Tuesdays in the office 
Working hours – Monday to Friday, 5 hours per day (there is some flexibility with the timings) 
Pay rate - £14.51 per hour 
Start date – ASAP
Duration – 3 months with possible extension

The successful candidate will be carrying out, but not be limited to:

Managing a mailbox
Recording enquiries 
Directing enquiries to the relevant person(s)
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Tracking responses
Responding to enquiries 
Any other tasks as required

You should have excellent communication skills, be organised and able to prioritise your own workload.  Previous experience of using MS Excel is essential.
