We're looking for an organised and detail-focused Accounts Payable Clerk to join our friendly Finance team on a temporary basis.

In this role, you'll help process supplier invoices, manage payments, respond to queries, and maintain accurate financial records. You'll play an important part in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the finance function.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a finance, accounts payable, or administrative role
Good numeracy and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
A positive and reliable team player

Key Responsibilities

Processing supplier invoices and payments
Managing supplier and internal queries
Maintaining accurate financial records
Supporting month-end finance activities
Assisting with finance process improvements

This is a temporary, office-based position located in Wolverhampton City Centre.
