About this job

Multi Trader 

At Build Recruitment, we work exclusively with built environment specialists around the UK. 

Our client is looking for an experienced Multi Trader for role in Hull. Experience in social housing maintenance is desired but not essential. 

The Job and duties of Multi operative 

renovating rooms 
bringing properties up to the required level for sign off
Painting and decorating
Skimming 
Patch Plastering 
Basic Joinery Requirements for a Multi 

Proven experience in the maintenance sector
Be able to provide at least two working references 
hold a CSCS card Competitive day rate
