Azure Data Archtiect

Azure Data Architect | Outside IR35 | £550 - £650 | Hybrid | Nottingham

We're looking for an experienced Azure Data Architect to help shape and govern enterprise data architecture across a range of business transformation programmes. You'll play a key role in defining data models, improving data governance, and ensuring data is effectively used across operational, analytical, and customer-facing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain enterprise data models.
Define data standards, governance, and best practices.
Design end-to-end data flows and integration solutions.
Support master data and information management strategies.
Provide architectural guidance across projects and programmes.
Work closely with business, analytics, and engineering teams to improve data quality and consistency.Essential Experience

Proven Data Architect experience within complex environments.
Azure data platform knowledge.
Strong data modelling and information architecture expertise.
Experience establishing data governance frameworks.
Knowledge of data integration, lifecycle management, and cloud-based data platforms.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Desirable

Salesforce data architecture experience.
Master Data Management (MDM) experience.
Exposure to analytics, AI, or machine learning initiatives.
