Temporary Governance & Committee Coordinator Responsibilities
This position will involve, but will not be limited to:
Coordinating committee and council meetings, including organising agendas, papers, logistics, and minute-taking.
Maintaining accurate and accessible records of all committee documentation.
Tracking actions arising from meetings and following up with stakeholders to ensure progress.
Supporting with meeting logistics, including preparing materials and managing schedules.
Building and maintaining professional relationships with committee members and senior stakeholders.
Ensuring compliance with governance procedures and standard practices.
Assisting with ad hoc administrative tasks related to governance and committee support.
Temporary Governance & Committee Coordinator Rewards
£15.38–£16.41 per hour, plus holiday pay, paid weekly via PAYE.
37.5 hours per week
Initial assignment likely lasting at least three months, with potential to become a permanent role.

Temporary Governance & Committee Coordinator Experience Essentials
Proven experience supporting meetings, minute-taking, or administration in a professional environment.
Strong organisation skills and excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working with senior stakeholders in a busy setting is desirable.
