Production Operative (Night Shift) – Temporary Role
Location: Horsham
Pay: £12.71 per hour + time and a half for night hours
Contract: Temporary – approx. 2 months nights, with potential to move to late shifts afterwards
Start date: Immediate

About the roleWe’re recruiting reliable, hardworking Production Operatives to support our production line on a busy night shift. You’ll be pot feeding and helping the line keep running smoothly in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Full training is provided.

Shift pattern
Week 1 – Training:
One week of day shifts to learn the job. Flexible 8‑hour shifts between 05:00-00:00

From Week 2 – Nights (fixed 4‑night pattern each week):

Sunday night: 21:30–06:30

Monday night: 23:30–06:30

Tuesday night: 23:30–06:30

Wednesday night: 23:30–06:30
Thursday–Saturday off.

Key duties
Pot feeding and supplying materials to the production line.

Supporting operatives and keeping the line running to target.

Basic quality checks and following standard operating procedures.

Maintaining a clean, safe, and tidy work area in line with health & safety and (if applicable) food safety rules.

Working as part of a team and communicating effectively with supervisors and colleagues.

What we’re looking for
Reliable, punctual, and able to work nights consistently.

Comfortable with repetitive, physical work in a factory/production environment.

Good attention to detail and able to follow instructions.

Able to work safely and follow procedures.

Previous production or warehouse experience is useful but not essential – full training is provided.
