Company: DSAE Cosford

MPI have a requirement for Admin Support to work on site at DSAE Cosford – contract

Normal working hours are 08.00 – 17.00 Mon – Thu and 08.00 – 16.30 Fri.

This role is deemed in-scope of IR35, therefore the PAYE RATE is £13.50

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will need to have a strong administrative background with the following requirements:

Essential – Be able to use Microsoft Office applications, including Excel. Good listening skills with the ability to extract key information in handwritten notes, without the aid of a recording device.

Desirable – Use of some form of Database or TAFMIS/JPA, SharePoint type system.

Tasks

Attend Review Boards to record, produce, and publish the Records of Decisions.

Update Photo Nominal Rolls in Word.

Upload reports to SharePoint.

Update/move Trainee Performance Portfolio records within excel.

This is an ongoing contract as per customer requirements with an onsite interview required. The successful applicant will be required to apply for a Basic Disclosure and will undergo an MOD BPSS Security Clearance.
