The Ideal Candidate

Experience supporting young people with ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, and SEMH needs.
Background in teaching, tutoring, mentoring, youth work, support work, or Alternative Provision.
Strong relationship-building skills and a calm, patient approach.

Experience supporting learners with literacy and numeracy difficulties is highly desirable.

What We Offer

Competitive hourly rates.
Flexible working opportunities.
Access to free CPD through The National College.
Ongoing support from a specialist SEND consultant.
The opportunity to make a meaningful difference to a young person's educational journey.
