Complex Care Nurse
Location: Redhill, East Surrey
Salary: £24,000 per annum pro rata (£40,000 FTE)
Hours: Part Time – 21 hours per week, with the opportunity to progress to full time
Working Pattern: Ideally Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, 9am–5pm, with flexibility available.

This is a varied role where you will use your clinical experience across new and existing packages, working closely with clients, families, care teams and other healthcare professionals.
About the Role
As a Complex Care Nurse, you will play an important role in the assessment, mobilisation and ongoing oversight of complex care packages.
You will be involved in:
* Assessing and setting up new complex care packages
* Completing and reviewing care plans and risk assessments
* Providing clinical guidance to care teams
* Delivering training and competency assessments
* Completing clinical audits and quality checks
* Attending client reviews and monitoring standards
* Liaising with families, healthcare professionals and other stakeholders
* Supporting safe, high-quality and person-centred care
About You
We are looking for someone who is confident, organised and able to work independently, with:
* Current NMC registration
* Experience within complex care, community nursing or a similar environment
* Experience completing clinical assessments and care plans
* A good understanding of clinical governance and safeguarding
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A proactive and positive approach
* The ability to build strong relationships with clients, families and care teams
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is ideally required, with a preference for candidates living within approximately 45 minutes of Redhill.
