About this job

PAYE

I'm currently recruiting a Compliance Manager for Mitie on their healthcare contract. It's a hybrid position with around 2 days per week across London sites.

The role will take ownership of Hard FM compliance across the contract, including:

Statutory inspections, testing and certification
PPM and reactive SLA compliance
Hard FM compliance calendars
HTM, HSE and legislative compliance
Contractor audits, permits, RAMS and qualifications
Helpdesk performance and processes
Identifying overdue works, defects and compliance gaps
Managing corrective actions through to completion
Supporting the contract team against key performance indicators

They're looking for someone with a solid FM compliance / technical compliance background, ideally from healthcare or another regulated environment.
