Warehouse Operative – Lutterworth

Location: Lutterworth, LE17
Pay: £13.27 per hour
Pay increases to £14.01 after 12 weeks and £15.01 after 27 weeks
Hours: 6:00am – 2:00pm
Working pattern: 5 days out of 7 – weekend working included

The Role
We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join a busy operation in Lutterworth.

This is a manual warehouse role where you will be responsible for:

Picking products using a voice-picking headset
Moving products from pallets into cages
Manual handling and general warehouse duties
Working efficiently to meet targets and deadlines
Following all health and safety procedures
Please note: This is a refrigerated/chilled warehouse, with temperatures between 3–5°C.

About You

Previous warehouse experience is desirable
Experience working in a chilled/refrigerated environment is advantageous
Comfortable with manual handling
Reliable and able to work as part of a team
Flexible to work weekends
Must be a driver due to the location and shift times
Temp to Perm Opportunity
