Position Summary:
To provide effective administrative and logistical support to the rolling stock depot, ensuring materials, components, tools and equipment are available when required to support safe and efficient maintenance operations.

Responsibilities and Duties:
* Coordinate the receipt, storage and movement of materials, components and equipment.
* Maintain accurate stock, inventory and delivery records.
* Process purchase orders, delivery notes, goods receipts and material requests.
* Monitor deliveries and liaise with suppliers and transport providers.
* Support maintenance teams with timely provision of materials and components.
* Track component and equipment movements and maintain traceability records.
* Assist with stock checks, audits and investigation of discrepancies.
* Produce logistics and inventory reports.
* Ensure all activities comply with depot, health & safety and railway procedures.
* Liaise effectively with engineering, maintenance, procurement and stores teams.

Personal Profile:
* Previous experience in a fast-paced Warehouse environment would be ideal
* Basic PC skills, i.e: Microsoft work/excel
* Previous experience with SAP and/or Maximo systems would be advantageous
* Must be self-motivated and be able to prioritize tasks
* Fluent in English with good communication skills
