About this job

Warehouse Operative – Picking & Packing

Location: Pitstone
Pay:

Monday–Friday: £12.71 per hour

Saturday: £14.50 per hour

Sunday: £15.00 per hour

Working Hours: 7:00am – 5:00pm
☕ Break: 30-minute unpaid break
Schedule: 5 days per week, Monday to Sunday
⚠️ Weekend Requirement: You must be available to work one weekend day every week – either Saturday or Sunday.

About the Role

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Pitstone.

Previous warehouse experience is essential, particularly experience in picking and packing.

Key Responsibilities

Picking and packing customer orders accurately

Preparing goods for dispatch

Loading and unloading stock when required

Keeping the warehouse clean and organised

Following health & safety procedures

Working efficiently as part of a team

Requirements

Previous warehouse experience

Experience in picking and packing

Good attention to detail

Reliable and punctual

Physically fit and comfortable working in a warehouse environment

Flexible to work 5 days out of 7

Must be available to work either Saturday or Sunday every week
