The Role

As an Early Career Teacher, you will:

Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons that inspire a love of learning.
Create a positive and nurturing classroom environment where all pupils can thrive.
Assess, monitor, and support pupil progress effectively.
Work collaboratively with experienced teachers, support staff, and school leaders.
Contribute to the wider life of the school community.

What We Are Looking For

The successful candidate will:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be on track to achieve it.
Be passionate about primary education and committed to raising standards.
Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills.
Have high expectations for pupil achievement and behaviour.
Be eager to learn, develop, and make a positive impact.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
