Temporary Opportunity initially until 31/03/2027 - possibility to become permanentA local authority in Bristol is seeking a Pensions Support Advisor to join their Pensions Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with pensions administration experience looking to join a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Administration of pension schemes and pension forms
Responding to pay, pensions, and benefits queries from employees and managers.
Calculating statutory payments, over-payments, and pension-related information.
Supporting audits, quality assurance checks, and compliance activities.
Assisting with payroll system improvements and process changes.About You:

Pensions experience
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Experience with HR/payroll systems (iTrent experience advantageous).
