Teaching Assistant - Crewe
Start Date: October 2026 / £95-£110 per day DOE
Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity?
Academics are currently working with a secondary school in Crewe who are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their team from October 2026 through to Christmas.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and be confident working with students across KS3 and KS4.
The Role:
Supporting students with additional learning needs
Providing one-to-one and small-group support
Helping pupils access the curriculum and develop their confidence
Supporting positive behaviour and engagement
Working closely with teaching staff and the wider school teamAbout You:
Experienced working as a Teaching Assistant with children or young people with SEN
Experienced working within a secondary school environmment
Patient, supportive and proactive approach
Able to build positive relationships with students
