About this job

Moore Teachers is recruiting on behalf of a secondary school in Hertfordshire for an Art Teacher to cover a short-term assignment until the October half-term.Due to the immediate start required, applicants who hold QTS and an Enhanced DBS certificate on the Update Service will be given priority.

The role:
Teaching Art across the secondary age range
Minimal planning and preparation due to the short-term nature of the assignment
Assessing, monitoring and supporting student progress
Creating a positive and inclusive learning environmentThe ideal candidate will:
Hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
Have experience teaching Art within a secondary school setting
Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Be committed to raising achievement and inspiring students to reach their potential
Be organised, enthusiastic and dedicated to delivering high-quality teachingThis is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Art Teacher to join a supportive school and make a positive impact during a key period of the academic year
