About the Role

We are looking for two proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Administrators to join our team on a 2-month temporary contract.

Subcontractor Coordination: Work closely with the Subcontractor Supervisor to book in external contractors for maintenance, remedial, and reactive works.

Remedial Works Allocation: Collaborate with the HFM Manager to effectively plan and assign remedial tasks for in-house resources.

Diary & Schedule Management: Keep operational diaries, calendars, and schedules continuously updated.

Financial Administration: Raise Purchase Orders (POs) as required and ensure orders are properly Goods Receipted in a timely manner.

Data & Document Management: Upload, organize, and save all maintenance paperwork across our CAFM system and online electronic filing systems.

General Support: Maintain strong IT standards and carry out ad-hoc administrative duties as requested by management.

About You

Attention to Detail: Excellent accuracy when updating records, checking paperwork, and handling task logging.

IT Literacy: Confident using MS Office and administrative software (experience using a CAFM system is a distinct advantage).

Communication & Teamwork: Strong written and spoken English with a collaborative approach to working alongside supervisors, managers, and contractors.
