Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

Colmore Education is currently recruiting for a passionate, caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a welcoming and supportive nursery setting.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified childcare professional who is passionate about working with young children and supporting their development, learning and wellbeing during the important early years.

The Role

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will:

* Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5.

* Plan and support engaging, age-appropriate activities.

* Support children's learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

* Build warm, positive and trusting relationships with children.

* Encourage children's communication, language, physical and social development.

* Support children's emotional wellbeing and independence.

* Observe, assess and record children's progress and development.

* Maintain a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.

* Work closely with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents and carers.

* Follow nursery policies, safeguarding procedures and health and safety requirements.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

* Level 3 qualified in Childcare or Early Years.

* Caring, patient and enthusiastic.

* Passionate about supporting young children's learning and development.

* Knowledgeable about the EYFS and early years best practice.

* Confident planning and delivering engaging activities.

* Able to build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.

* Reliable, organised and able to work effectively as part of a team.

* Committed to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.

Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting is desirable
