Job: Warehouse Operatives Wanted- Nights

Position: Warehouse Operative
Location: Newcastle-under-Lyme
Contract Type: Temporary
Hourly Rate: £14.80
Working Pattern: Full Time. Working nights Sunday-Friday working 4 out of 6 on rota basis.
Shifts are 6:00PM-4.30AM OR 7.30PM-6:00AM.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Warehouse Operative, your role will be vital in ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse. Responsibilities will include:
Accurately picking and packing orders to meet deadlines
Supporting despatch with loading/ unloading of products
Maintaining inventory accuracy through regular stock checks
Collaborating effectively with team members to achieve daily goals
Adhering to health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
Communicating clearly and effectively with supervisors and colleagues
The ideal candidate will possess:
Strong attention to detail to ensure precision in order fulfilment
Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and collaboration
A positive attitude and willingness to take on challenges
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Previous warehouse experience is advantageous
