TeacherActive is delighted to partner with a highly regarded secondary school in Caerphilly, inviting applications for a Sports Cover Supervisor. We are seeking a proactive Sports Cover Supervisor for both short- and long-term placements, available immediately. The successful candidate will deliver pre-prepared lessons across a variety of subjects, support positive behaviour management, and use their sporting experience to build strong relationships with students across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4).
Key attributes of the successful Sports Cover Supervisor include:
• Experience working with children or young people in educational, coaching, or sporting settings
• A genuine passion for sport and motivating positive engagement in learning
• Strong behaviour and classroom management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in leading classes using pre-prepared resources
• A proactive, reliable and adaptable approach
