Site Manager

Sphere Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a pub fit-out project in Windsor.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site, coordinating subcontractors, trades and deliveries while ensuring the project is delivered safely, to programme and to a high standard.

Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day site operations and workforce.

*

Coordinate subcontractors, trades and deliveries.

*

Oversee internal fit-out, refurbishment and finishing works.

*

Ensure works are completed in line with drawings, specifications and programme.

*

Monitor quality, progress and site productivity.

*

Complete site inspections and maintain relevant documentation.

*

Lead site inductions, briefings and toolbox talks.

*

Ensure strong health & safety standards are maintained.

*

Liaise with the Project Manager, client and wider project team.

*

Manage snagging and support the project through to completion.

Requirements

*

Previous experience as a Site Manager on commercial fit-out or refurbishment projects.

*

SMSTS – essential.

*

CSCS – essential.

*

First Aid – essential.

*

Strong knowledge of health & safety and site management procedures.

*

Experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades.

*

Excellent communication and organisational skills.
