Intervention / Booster Primary Teacher (QTS) – Acton
Location: Acton, London Borough of Ealing Contract: Full‑time, 5 days per week Pay: £150–£180 per day (DOE) Start: ASAP / Immediate interviews
A well‑established two‑form entry primary school in West Acton is seeking an experienced Intervention/Booster Teacher to join their team on a full‑time basis. About the Role
You will work across year groups delivering targeted intervention sessions, small‑group boosters and tailored support to help pupils close gaps and accelerate progress. The role is full‑time, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high‑quality intervention sessions across KS1 and KS2
* Plan and deliver targeted booster lessons aligned with school curriculum and assessment data
* Work closely with class teachers and phase leaders to identify pupil needs
* Track progress and adapt teaching strategies to maximise impact
* Maintain strong behaviour routines and positive relationships with pupils
* Contribute to the wider team and uphold school values and expectations
Requirements
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) – essential
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service – essential
* Strong experience delivering interventions or boosters (previous experience highly advantageous)
* Confident behaviour management and adaptable teaching style
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a structured team
* Strong communication skills and commitment to pupil progress
