We are currently recruiting for a Production / Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician to join our Long Crendon based client, friendly, busy production operation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong assembly, testing, and fault-finding experience who can hit the ground running and support a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Due to the location of our client's site, you must have access to your own transport.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out assembly, testing, and fault-finding activities on electro-mechanical products.
Coordinate and prioritise production workloads to ensure deadlines and production targets are achieved.
Provide day-to-day support and direction to production team members.
Operate production equipment and use a range of hand tools safely and effectively.
Follow established procedures, work instructions, and escalation processes.
Maintain high standards of quality, health and safety, and housekeeping.
Communicate effectively with colleagues and support a collaborative team environment.Skills & Experience Required

Previous experience within a production, manufacturing, assembly, or testing environment.
Mechanical and/or electrical experience is ideal.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to use hand tools and operate production equipment.
Good IT skills and strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
