About this job

We are currently seeking experienced Joiners to join our clients team in Newcastle upon Tyne.

This role involves carrying out high-quality maintenance, upgrades, and refurbishment works. You will be based at one dedicated facility per day, working within a structured and secure team environment. This position offers consistent full-time hours, long-term stability, and the strong potential for a permanent transition into the workforce.

Package & Benefits

£22.00 - £24.00 per hour (Depending on experience and payment route)
Flexible options available including PAYE or CIS
Excellent long-term prospects with a view to moving into a permanent position
Steady, full-time hours based on one main site per day
40 hours, Monday to Friday

Key Duties

Carrying out high-standard general joinery maintenance, repairs, and installations.
Fitting, repairing, and adjusting commercial doors, fire doors, frames, and ironmongery.
Installing fitted furniture, cabinetry, shelving, and timber partitions.
Completing both scheduled planned works and general day-to-day upkeep across facilities.
Adhering strictly to health, safety, and site hygiene protocols at all times.

Requirements

Time-served Joiner with CSCS card
Strong background in commercial, public sector, or facility maintenance joinery.
