The Role
As a SEND Teacher, you will:
✅ Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs
✅ Support pupils with a range of additional needs including ASD, SEMH, PMLD, MLD and Complex Needs
✅ Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
✅ Work closely with Teaching Assistants, therapists and families
✅ Monitor and assess pupil progress to support development and achievement
Requirements
✔ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
✔ Experience working with children with SEND (preferred but not essential)
✔ Strong behaviour management skills
✔ A patient, nurturing and adaptable approach
✔ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
